Originally the home of a supermarket, with Gerland's Grand Market closing 2011 and reopened in 2013 as "Fiesta Market Place", a fancier Fiesta store with in-store Caribou Coffee (first in the south!) and Red Mango, sushi (rare for Fiesta), and numerous other features. It closed around a year later for reasons not entirely clear. It is now a showroom for bath and kitchen fixtures. The name above is how it appears on the facade, it is in fact missing an Oxford comma.
