3-story mercantile building in two sections: the older completed in 1818 as a Federal-style house; and from a 2010 renovation project, a near-transparent glass and metal addition to the rear was constructed. The older section is covered in grey siding on the Wooster Street side, with a shallow pitched roof, and clad in red brick facing Spring Street.
The building was most recently occupied by Crocs footwear, and was previously Tennessee Mountain barbecue. A location of the Jacquemus brand opened in October of 2024.
