2-story mercantile building originally completed in 1880 as a 6-story building designed by Henry Fernbach. In 1936, the top four floors were removed and the remaining two were radically remodeled in an art-moderne style with completely new street-front walls. The building was again renovated in 1987 and 2006. It is clad in dark-grey and red brick and black, red and white tile.

It currently houses Longchamp. The interior was renovated to a new design by Heatherwick Studio in 2004. The rooftop has a garden terrace for customers.
