4-story parking garage completed in 1928. Designed by Julius Echmann, it has a small secondary frontage on Canal Street. The facades are clad in brown brick, painted white at the ground level on Wooster. The large industrial windows have pink brick headers. At the center of both facades, the roof parapet extends up to a triangular peak decorated with a brick circle.
