5-story residential and commercial building originally completed in 1915 as a 2-story mercantile building, designed by Louis Sheinart. The building was renovated by architect Lisa Vangelas in 2007 with additional floors added on top, a shiny new black aluminum exterior, and a silver grand piano-shaped entrance canopy for the Blue Note jazz club.
