Site of the Theodore H Eaton home which was constructed in 1852. In 1913, the Victorian mansion was remodeled into a 36 bed hospital for the Michigan Mutual Liability Insurance Company. The building was razed in 1930. The existing one story building was used as a meeting hall for the Disabled American Veterans.
