4-story hotel completed sometime in the late 1800s as a tenement building. The facade is clad in white-painted brick above a ground floor of black stone (and glass on the right, where there is a glass double-door into the ground-floor commercial space). The entrance to the upper floors is recessed on the left, with a metal-framed glass door and sidelight.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows. A black iron fire escape runs down the western two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a beige metal roof cornice with brackets, dentils, and panels. A projecting, vertical sign is mounted to the west end of the north facade. The west facade visible above the neighboring building is also clad in white-painted brick. It has five bays of small single-windows in segmental-arched openings.
