3-story residential building originally completed in 1828. The 1-story extension at the rear was a later 19th Century addition, replacing a stable at the back of the lot. The building is clad in dark reddish-brown brick, and the ground floor is occupied by Corner Bistro. It's been a bar since the 1870s; during prohibition, it masqueraded as a butcher shop, with patrons entering the drinking area through the refrigerator.
