476-foot, 38-story modernist hotel completed in 2022. Designed by VOA Associates for the Lam Group, the glass-clad tower has a slim façade that grows larger through cantilevered sections that jut out from its sides. The Broadway-oriented tower portion rises up from a 3-story glass-and-metal-clad base that has a 4th floor jutting up at the south end, and a 4-story slab bisecting the north facade, and connecting to the west side of the tower sprouting from the middle of the base. The ground floor is lined with storefronts, and the podium is otherwise clad in floor-to-ceiling glass, light-colored metallic spandrels, and thin white horizontal louvers that are found on the northern and southern ends.

When viewed from street level, the rectangular panels on the eastern elevation create a shimmering effect. The same pattern is utilized on the opposite western side, which illuminates in the same manner in the afternoon lighting. The tower features several corner setbacks and cantilevers that break up the monolithic appearance of the building, which terminates with a flat roof parapet. The hotel contains 465 guest rooms. The south end of the ground floor is occupied by Swingers The Crazy Golf Club.
