6-story Colonial-revival/Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1907 as a tenement. Designed by Charles M. Straub, it is clad in red brick, 12 bays wide on Broome Street (two of the bays are slightly wider, and the westernmost bay has been bricked-in. The windows all have flat stone sills and cornices, except for the 2nd floor, which has splayed lintels with keystones. Narrow stone band courses connect the sills on the 3rd, 4th, & 6th floors. The corners are marked by brick quoins, as well as a column of quoins running up the center of the north facade. The building is topped by a green metal roof cornice with brackets and modillions. A pair of green-painted fire escapes runs down the north facade. The ground floor is occupied by Pup Culture pet groomers, Soho Dry Cleaners, May Flower massage, and the M&M Market deli.
