3-story mercantile building completed in 1852 as a dwelling. The current variegated dark-red brick facade was installed in the 1990s. The 2nd floor has two large square windows and one narrower rectangular window on the north, while the top floor has five rectangular windows. There is a very small metal fire escape on the right side, and a corbelled brick parapet at the roof. The ground floor is occupied by Avitto boutique, and K-Way boutique.
