5-story office building completed in 1869. Designed by William W. Gardiner, along with the nearly identical buildings at 60 & 62 White Street. The facade is white cast-iron, painted black on the ground floor, which has Corinthian columns. Iron cornices separate each floor, and a black iron fire escape runs down the facade. The building is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and a rounded pediment in the center.
