Leyland Park is a neighbourhood park (2 acres in size) located on the brow of Sentinel Hill in West Vancouver overlooking the Lion’s Gate Bridge and Burrard Inlet. A promontory in the park offers views out over the water and Ambleside and is reported to be a great place to watch fireworks displays. It also offers sloped walking trails that connect pedestrians through the park from various areas in the neighbourhood through a grassy open space sometimes used for tobogganing.
