224-foot, 17-story office building completed in 1948, renovated in 1999. Designed by Victor Mayper, it has bands of ribbon windows alternating with bands of beige brick. Every five window panes, there are a vertical, 5-part white metal panel. Setbacks begin above the 11th floor on the north side of the building.
