5-story residential building completed in 1860. It is nearly identical to its neighbor, 77-79 Worth, which was completed at the same time. The building is faced in marble above the first story, with quoins at the corners. In 1930 the cast-iron storefront framing elements were covered with limestone ashlar and new doors and show windows were installed before the modillioned cornice capping the ground floor. The storefront window openings were further altered in 1970. The upper-floor windows have projecting sills with corbelled feet and cornices. The building is crowned by a modillioned and dentiled roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by T. Kang Taekwondo.
