6-story residential building originally completed in 1800, along with the three to the east, as 2.5-story commercial buildings. In 1858 this building was raised to five floors, with a new red brick facade. The cast-iron storefront (now painted dark green) was probably installed between 1854 and 1856. It has paneled square columns flanking large display window with cast-iron muntins and frames. The roof line is marked by a dentiled brick cornice. A part of the Historic Front Street re-development project, the building has been renovated, and had a small, set-back penthouse floor added above the roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Bin No. 220 wine bar.
