7-story residential building completed in 2005 (the site previously had two small warehouses that were demolished in 1962). Designed by Cook+Fox, it was intended to seamlessly blend into the rest of the historic streetscape as part of the Historic Front Street re-development project. It is clad in grey-brown brick, divided into two halves, each with three bays of square-headed windows. On the ground floor, there are round-arches, with stone plinths at the piers in between. On the southern end, a narrrow bay of wood and glass and metal louvers connects to the neighboring building, and has an entrance at the ground level. A large metal canopy is suspended over the rest of the ground floor. A metal cornice caps the 5th floor, with a recessed penthouse with large windows above. The ground floor is occupied by L.O.L. Kids apparel.
