6-story residential building completed in 1937 as an office and storage building. Designed by David S. Lang, it is clad in grey brick (with red brick on most of the ground floor above a granite water table. The ground floor has two entrance doors (plus a service door) and three windows covered by grey metal grilles. The upper floors have ribbon windows with metal framing. The southern half of the building only extends to five stories, with a landscaped deck on the roof, while the northern half reaches the full six floors.

The building was remodeled in 1957 when Vic Tanny Enterprises leased out the basement spaces to construct a gym and indoor pool. In 1971, Pace University’s Little School opened as a preschool for 3 and 4 year olds at this address. It served as a laboratory for Pace’s education student teaching program. Though it shut down in that capacity in 1998, it was expanded and revived as the Downtown Little School.
