5-story Italianate office building completed in about 1870 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in brownstone above a ground-floor storefront that has been modernized but retains its narrow, cast-iron pilasters. The windows are segmental-arched, with molded hoods and projecting sills. An iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Tent & Trails outdoor store.
