It is clad in beige-painted brick, with four bays of single windows on the shorter ends fronting Park Place and Murray Street. The longer Church Street facade has two bays of single windows on each end, with the center having five bays of double windows. A simple cornice tops the roof line. The building is currently occupied by Remix nightclub, with the ground floor lined by storefronts, including Famiglia Pizzeria, Sufu Nail & Spa, Bangal Curry Indian restaurant, George's Shoe Repair, Downtown Deli, New Land DVD Video, NYC Park Place News, Jupioca smoothies & bubble tea, Shinjuku Sushi, and Unique Shape threading salon.
