7-story mercantile/office building completed around the 1880s. It has a 2-story base of black metal, with the upper floors having four brown brick piers, dividing the facade into three bays of double windows. The windows have stone surrounds and spandrel panels, except for the brick spandrels between the 5th & 6th floors. The 6th floor is topped by a projecting modillioned cornice, above which a setback penthouse level rises. The building houses Aldo apparel store on the first two floors; other tenants include Tropp Printing, VIP Suits, and Red Line Studios.
