5-story retail and residential building completed in 1978 as an alteration of an earlier building. The lower three floors were completely remodeled with beige smooth stucco with horizontal grooves above a ground floor of shiny aluminum and glass. There are tall, rectangular windows on both facades of the 2nd floor. On the Trinity Place side, there are smaller, square vent openings on the 3rd floor. The northeast corner is chamfered, one window bay wide, and the angle continues on the top two floors, above a modern, projecting cornice. The upper floors more closely resemble their original appearance, with round-arched windows on the top story o the Liberty Street elevation and the chamfered corner. The roof line is crowned by a black metal projecting cornice with brackets and fascia board with rounded arches above each window. The lower floors are occupied by a Burger King, with various signs affixed to the walls. The basement is occupied by Medhattan Immediate Medical Care.

The rear of the building has a narrow extension to Cedar Street. The facade is plain brick, three bays wide. The 2nd-story openings have been bricked-in. The exposed eastern wall above the adjoining 2-story building is also clad in plain brick.
