 office building, 1935_construction

7-story office building originally completed in 1935. It was rebuilt with a completely new facade in 1995. Above the ground-floor storefront and entrance, the facade is divided into two bays, with three large squared piers clad in silver aluminum. The 2nd floor, occupied by Caracello Ristorante, has four multi-paned windows in each recessed bay, with iron railings in front. The office floors each have three dark-tinted windows per bay, recessed between the piers, with bulbous, projecting aluminum spandrels curving out to the extent of the piers, lending a rather futuristic look to the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Memorial Tees.
