5-story Italianate residential building completed in about 1875 as a tenement. The ground floor has been altered with modern storefronts, while the brick-clad upper floors were recently painted a cream color. They are separated into four bays of square-headed windows with stone sills. A cream-colored metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by an ornate, grey-painted metal roof cornice with paired brackets and single end brackets, and modillions, dentils and carved panels between the bracket groups. The ground floor is occupied by a Subway sandwiches, and a cleaners.
