6-story Romanesque-revival office building completed in 1880 as a warehouse for American Express.The Trinity Place facade is only five floors, due to the slope of the site. It has a stone-clad ground floor, with an entrance under a broken triangular pediment on the left, and a modernized storefront on the right. The bay with the entrance slightly projects out further than the rest of the facade. The upper floors are clad in red brick. Each floor has one round-arched window in the projecting southern bay, and four more round-arched windows to the north. In the 3rd bay from the north, the window at the 2nd-4th floor has been shortened and the top of the arch filled in with brick. Brick band courses connect each of the windows, which also have stone sills. A crenelated parapet tops the facade above the four bays, while the projecting southern bay rises slightly higher, and has a terra-cotta seal with the American Express eagle above the 5th-floor window. The ground floor is currently occupied by Western Union NYC Check Express.

The Greenwich Street elevation is also clad in red brick (above a wood restaurant storefront), and rises six floors to a crenelated parapet. It has five regular bays of round-arched windows with stone sills and connecting brick band courses. All the 2nd-floor windows have been lowered; the tops have been filled in with brick and vents. The ground floor is occupied by Tajin Restaurant.
