323-foot, 30-story postmodern multi-use tower, completed in 2014. Designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron, the base of the building wraps around the corner building to extend to Ann Street. It has offices on the lower five floors, with 168 apartments above, with the tower portion slightly set back above the base. The base has dark-grey brick piers above a black granite water table, framing glass and grey metal window bays (one on Ann Street and three on Fulton).

The tower portion is set back, and has a dramatic, angled top with angled, projecting balconies at the corners of the seven highest floors. The facade is clad in silver-blue glass and metal. The building's amenities include the Nassau Club, an indoor and outdoor amenity club including a stunning roof terrace designed for entertaining. The south elevation of the building is clad a curtain wall of blue glass with grey metal framing. The ground floor on Ann Street is occupied by De Claudio restaurant. Blink Fitness also occupied space in the building's base.
