Built in 1916 for R.E. Fuller, who developed this part of Hollywood and after whom the adjacent Fuller Street is named. Around 1925, MGM's Samuel Goldwyn moved in with his second wife, actress Frances Howard, later moving to a more modern Beverly Hills house in the thirties.
Japanese movie producer Takashige Ichise (The Ring, The Grudge) sold the estate in December 2012 for $4.55M.
