6-story residential building completed in 1928. Designed by J. M. Felson as a tenement, it is clad in red brick, banded at the ground floor. The central entrance has a single glass door framed by a wide, grey granite molding and covered by a rounded, green canvas canopy that extends out over the sidewalk. Flanking the entrance are two bays of double-windows with black stone sills. At the end bays, the east side has a small, narrow single-window with a black stone sill, and the west end has a low-set basement entrance with a metal door behind a metal gate.

A stone sill course joins the three bays of paired windows at the 2nd floor. The windows in the outer bays have limestone keystones, and the middle pair are topped by round-arches of stone, lined in brick, with stone keystones and impost blocks. The paired windows at the floors above have simple stone sills, except for the 6th floor, which repeats the design of the 2nd floor, including the sill course. A tan metal fire escape runs down the east side of the facade, which is topped by a brick and stone parapet, stepped up in the center.

The exposed portions of the side elevations are clad in grey and red brick, with a few segmental-arched single-windows. The building contains 25 apartments units.
