236-foot, 20-story modernist residential building completed in 2009. Designed by Alan Ritchie of The Office of Philip Johnson, it is one of the narrowest "sliver" buildings in midtown. It is clad in white aluminum panels. There is a big red "accent column" on the lower part of the façade and a yellow "accent column" on the floors above, both set slightly to the left of center.

At each floor the windows (tripartite on the right and double-windows on the left) are recessed, with the colored accent columns projecting forward. There is a setback above the 6th floor, where the red column ends, and another setback to the left of the yellow column above the 13th floor. The penthouse level is also set back.

The building has 23 condominium units, many of them occupying full floors. The ground floor is occupied by Central Dental.
