3-story residential building originally completed around 1890 as two narrow townhouses, slightly set back from the neighboring buildings. They have a joined facade, but retain separate entrances. The two halves of the facade are mirror images of each other, clad in brownstone. The outer bays have stoops leading up to round-arched parlor-floor entrances; both have black wood doors behind black iron gates of differing designs, and the moldings have keystones at the top of the arches. In between the doorways are two tall, square-headed windows with iron grilles.

Between the stoops, the raised basement level has a pair of shorter windows with rounded corners, also with iron grilles of differing design. Low iron fencing encloses the small patio areas in front of the windows. The upper floors have four bays of square-headed windows with simple, flat sills. The facade is crowned by a matching pair of black metal roof cornices with brackets, modillions, and panels.
