258-foot, 26-story modernist hotel completed in 2015. Designed by Peter Poon, it is clad in a green-tinted glass curtain wall slightly set back from the streetwall above the ground floor. The facade is three bays wide, and there is a setback above the 16th floor.
The ground floor is cream-colored pre-cast stone, covered by a glass-and-stainless-steel canopy. There is a steel service door at both ends, with the main hotel entrance next to the eastern one, with recessed glass double-doors. The other side has a secondary entrance with a glass door, and in the middle is a large, 4-over-2 show window.
The hotel contains 130 guest rooms.
