The Perfect Pint East

USA / New Jersey / West New York / East 45th Street, 203
 bar, commercial building

4-story mercantile building completed in 1870. The facade is surfaced in cream-colored stucco, set behind projecting, paneled end piers in black and cream. Small balcony areas are enclosed by black iron railings at the 2nd & 3rd floors, with angled fire escape ladders crossing each floor. The ground floor projects forward as well, with two sets of glass double-doors between the end piers, both of which have wall lanterns. A small, angled thatch roof tops the ground floor, broken at the west by a metal ladder extending up to the 3rd floor.

Behind the 2nd & 3rd-floor balconies, the facade has three bays of windows with black stone framed and keystones. Small wall lanterns are mounted between the windows. The top floor is set far back, fronted by a large rooftop patio area with another iron railing. A glass-and-metal pergola covers the patio deck. The front wall at the rear is faced in red brick, and also has a small thatched roof at the front. Over the east entrance, a giant pint glass is mounted in front of the east bay at the 2nd floor. There are multiple sign boards, with the name of the building's occupant, The Perfect Pint, and also "PUBLIC HOUSE, ESTD. 2008" below the top floor. The pub has a sister location at 123 West 45th Street.
