803-foot, 64-story postmodern residential building completed in 2019. Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli with interiors by Champalimaud Design, the tower has a shimmering geometric design along its lower five floors. The podium is wrapped in a light tan-beige terra-cotta screen wall with integrated darker-brown louvers; the terra-cotta is light-colored to contrast with the darker reflective glass. The terra-cotta panels are also staggered at angles to the flat plane of the glass to add visual interest. The main entrance is through a projecting bay on the west end. At the 5th floor the facade projects out slightly at an angle to the east.

Above this, the cladding changed to predominantly silver-blue glass, eight bays across. The bays on each facade are separated by light-grey terra-cotta-clad piers. The angle continues up to a setback above the 9th floor. and the west two bays end in a setback above the 16th floor. From here the rest of the glass tower rises vertically on the west, south, and east sides, with a series of six more small setbacks on the north facade, set at slight angles.

There is a narrow wing extending to the south, with a porte-cochere and driveway reaching 49th Street, with access to an underground parking garage. The tower contains 124 condominium units.
