4-story office building completed in 1926. It is clad in light-grey stone ashlar above a glass-and-metal storefront. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with thin, rough-faced stone sills and rough-faced quoins along the edges. There are also lintel bands (smooth at the windows and rough-faced between them) with keystones at each window. The 2nd floor has round-arches above the lintels, with rough-faced architraves and a gridded fill pattern. Between the 3rd & 4th floors are square panels with inscribed circles. Additional round-arches top the 4th-floor windows, and the facade is capped by three thin horizontal bands below a stone coping. The west elevation is a smooth face of parged brick with no openings. The ground floor is occupied by Little Steamed Buns Ramen II.
