6-story modernist office building completed in 1945. The facade was replaced in 1994, with light-grey pre-cast stone on the upper floors and polished red granite piers on the 2-story base. The ground floor has the main entrance's glass double-doors at the south end, next to a storefront window; the storefront has its own glass double-doors at the north end. The ground floor is covered by a rounded, navy-blue canvas awning. The 2nd floor has two round, silver steel columns at the middle instead of the red granite on the outer piers and below on the ground floor. There separate three bays of windows - recessed at the middle, and angling back at the end bays to sit behind the columns. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows, and the roof line is capped by a metal coping.
