6-story International-style office building completed in 1960. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, it is clad in a curtain wall of glass and steel, with polished black granite end piers. The ground floor is topped by a white marble band and has plate-glass storefronts, with the main entrance at the east end. It has glass double-doors covered by a flat, grey canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk.

The upper floors have clear windows and black-tinted glass spandrel panels, with thin silver steel mullions. The ground floor is occupied by Flexform Interior Design, and Cassina furniture store.
