5-story early-modern office building originally completed sometime around the 1880s. In the mid-1900s it was re-clad with a curtain wall of metal and glass. The ground floor has a modernized storefront and a door to the upper floors at the south end. The upper floors have six windows per floor, with aluminum mullions, and green metal spandrel panels between floors. There are signboards above the 2nd & 3rd floors. The ground floor is occupied by TIna's restaurant, with American Locksmiths on the 2nd floor, and Lash Forever on the 3rd.
