5-story office building completed sometime around the 1880s. It is clad in brick above a white stone ground floor with banded piers. The central entrance has glass-and-metal double-doors below a transom. To the right is a plate-glass show-window, and to the left a narrow window and metal service door. There are also transoms over the end bays.

The upper floors were recently painted dark-grey with an abstract white pattern across the entire upper facade. There are four bays of single-windows with bracketed white stone sills and curved, dentiled iron lintels. There is a simple, stone coping at the roof line. The building is occupied by Modani furniture.
