6-story modernist residential building known as the Modulightor Building completed in 2003. Designed by Paul Rudolph, who had purchased the lot, along with Ernst Wagner, in 1989. Interior as well as exterior details were honed to the smallest detail; resulting in a 14-year construction process. On August 8, 1997 Rudolph died before seeing the building completed. The building houses a 2-story retail space below what was originally two duplex apartments.

The facade is clad in glass and steel in a composition of geometric boxes, shadows and angles. The vertical and horizontal steel frames subdivide the glass wall into large and small windows that advance and recede within a depth of several feet.

Today Mr. Wagner owns Modulightor, a store selling light fixtures and lighting systems that he designed with Rudolph. That space, on the first two floors of the building, was also designed by Rudolph and was completed in 1996, a year before his death. Today the residential areas are home to Ernst Wagner. The headquarters of the Paul Rudolph Foundation are housed in on a separate office level.
