274-foot, 22-story International-style office building completed in 1971. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, it is clad in glass and black steel above a 4-story beige cast-stone base. The west facade on the avenue has five bays (double-height at the ground floor), with the main entrance in the 2nd bay from the south. It has two sets of glass double-doors below a large glass transom and steel-and-glass canopy. The south bay has a glass storefront with a glass door inset in the middle. The north three bays comprise one retail space, with narrower plate-glass show-windows framing the bay with metal-framed glass double-doors, sidelights, and a transom; this bay has a slightly-projecting stone surround. The 2nd & 3rd floors of the base have a 2-story glass curtain wall at this bay, with thin steel framing. The other bays have tripartite windows at the 2nd floor and paired windows at the 3rd floor, each slightly set-back between beveled edges, with low metal railings across the bases. The 4th floor has smaller paired windows in all five bays, and a stone cornice caps the base.

On the north facade, the ground floor has four bays with narrower show-windows, and a loading dock with a roll-down metal gate at the west end. The openings at the 2nd-4th floors match those on the west facade, and above the loading dock they have they glass panes replaced by steel screens.

The upper floors are clad in a curtain wall of glass with black metal mullions and spandrels. The north facade has 19 windows, and the west facade spans 20. There is a setback above the 6th floor, with the rest of the tower rising vertically from there, now spanning 16 windows on both the north and west sides. There is are two floors of black metal louvers at the top, screening the rooftop mechanical equipment behind them.

The rear, east and south facades are clad in black-painted concrete. The east side has two bays at the north end, the first with a band of four windows, and the second with three. The south facade has one bay of three windows at the west edge, at the top five occupied floors.
