  I have a Larry Jones SR. who says he has a orphanage at 441 Rd. Hot Coffee and a business at 28th Rd. Central Accra. Wants me to come visit the children. Has asked for money for emergency surgery last week on a child but I refused him. He is ok with that and got the money himself. How can I be sure he is not a scammer
