196-foot, 16-story modernist hotel completed in 2016. Designed by Stonehill & Taylor, it is faced in limestone with enormous, multi-paned casement windows in square openings. There are five bays, with the two end bays setting back above the 6th floor, and the three middle bays setting back above the 7th floor. The 8th-11th floors have four wider bays, and the end bays again set back above the 11th floor, with the two middle bays extending up the 13th with recessed openings fronted by metal balcony railings. There are no openings on the end bays at the upper floors, extending up to the roof line. In the middle the top floor is recessed and fronted by a metal lattice.

The side elevations are largely windowless, and the rear has additional recessed bays at the upper floors. The hotel contains 86 guest rooms. It features a 120-seat theater, ground floor bar, “green” roof with garden, and terraces at the setbacks.
