4-story moderinst residential building completed in 2008. A single-family house, it is faced in beige smooth-stucco, with the facade divided into two halves. At the ground floor there is a band of three windows at the west half, and a recessed, black metal double-door and black metal garage door at the east.

The west half of the upper floors has large tripartite windows with transoms in recessed bays (actually with double-windows at the ends of the tripartite configuration). The east half has a wider tripartite window at the 2nd floor (non-recessed), and two separate pairs of double-windows in a recessed bay at the 3rd floor. The 4th floor at this half has an open terrace with a wood-plank roof over its west half, and a deeply recessed wall with windows set far back. The three main piers framing the two halves are fronted by black metal screens where the bays are recessed. Slanted solar panels are mounted above each of the recessed bays.
