4-story office building completed in 1926 as an apartment building. It is clad in red-painted brick. The ground floor has the main entrance n the right, with a black wrought-iron gate set under a shallow segmental-arch framed by white stuccoed quoins; there is also a white stone keystone. To the left is a recessed, white metal service door, also with a keystone and framing quoins. A stone cornice caps the ground floor.

The 2nd floor has a tripartite window (the west pane is filled-in), slightly recessed under another segmental-arch with white stone imposts and keystone. The top two floors have two bays of single-windows; at the 3rd floor they have stone sills and splayed brick lintels with keystones. A dentiled cornice runs below the 4th floor, and a broad cornice with an decorative frieze tops the floor. The facade is crowned by a short brick parapet , stone coping, and metal railing fronting a roof deck.
