5-story mercantile building originally completed in 1899. The facade was rebuilt in 1948, and then later designed around 2000. The double-height ground floor has a storefront with a glass door on the south end and triple show-windows to the left. Grey-painted pre-cast stone piers frame these two bays, and a horizontal cast-stone beam separates the upper windows at the 2nd level from those below.

The upper floors have a 3-story expanse of grey pre-cast stone panels above the storefront, with a few of the square panels darker than the others. To the right, a narrow bay of pale green-tinted opaque glass rises to the roof line, broken by horizontal metal mullions. At the top floor, the wider north bay is clad in the same opaque glass, with a small metal canopy extending out just below the roof line, which has a metal coping. The building was previously occupied by Marmi Shoes.
