5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1886. It is faced in brown-painted smooth-stucco. The entrance is at the east end, with a glass door atop a low set of steps that crosses the basement areaway. The entrance is covered by a blue canvas clamshell canopy. To the left is a large window are there are shallow piers with delicate etched tracery on the ground floor. Behind an iron fence, a staircase descends to the right to access a basement door.
