 garage, automobile repair shop

2-story Art-Deco commercial building completed in 1927. Designed by Lawrence M. Rothman, it is clad in buff-colored brick. The ground floor has two garage openings at the east end, and another at the west end, with a ramp down to an underground parking area. In between are two metal service doors and one bay with a metal-and-glass storefront that has a glass door in the middle. There are also two small, high-set windows flanking the middle garage door.

The 2nd floor has three bays of multi-pane industrial windows at the west end, and a wider bay to the east that is flanked by brickwork diamond shapes. At the far east end is another opening the same size as the western ones, with a triple-window. A continuous brick lintel tops all of these openings. Above it, the roof parapet is stepped up at the west end and above the 2nd garage door, and topped by a stone coping. There are four panels outlines by brick in the parapet, two of which have a brick diamond-shape in the center, while the wide western panel has two diamonds.
