The entire section of the city north of Downtown is very old, and not all of the streets and neighborhoods have garnered "cool" or "special" status in recent years, but this one is a real time capsule, completely lined with Craftsman homes in varying states of condition, and each lot having a sidewalk cutout with a mature Canary Island Palm tree in front of it. Really feels like going back to 1920.
