 commercial building, religious center

4-story commercial building completed around 1870 as a townhouse. The narrow 2-bay facade is faced in pale yellow smooth-stucco. At the left side of the ground floor is a large wooden door with a flat, white-painted lintels, and a statue in a small, white-painted niche to the left of the door. On the right is a concrete stoop leading up to a parlor-floor entrance with a wooden door behind an iron grille. A large window to the left at the parlor floor also has an iron grille; both of these grilles have decorative bronze medallions.

The top two floors each have two single-windows; all the windows and doors have white-painted, flat stone sills, and the windows also have stone sills. A simple roof parapet caps the facade. The building is set behind an iron fence with a bronze medallion matching those on the parlor-floor grilles.
