6-story Art-Deco cooperative-apartment building completed in 1933. Designed by Stoughton & Bowdoin, it is clad in white brick with a grey granite water table. A central entrance atop two granite steps has black wood-and-glass double-doors below a rounded, green canvas canopy, in a fluted limestone surround. To either side are two square casement windows each with a brick panel above featuring a zipper-style band. There is also a metal service door at the east end.

The upper floors have four bays of wider casement windows. The brick spandrels between floors at each bay have ladder-style vertical bands at the ends of each one. A pair of black metal fire escapes runs down the facade, which is topped by a brick parapet with a geometric balustrade at each bay.

The building contains 29 apartments.
